BULLS WIN SEVENTH IN A ROW ON SOLD OUT NIGHT AT DBAP
July 3rd 2009—A pair of home runs from Reid Brignac and strong work on the mound was enough for the Bulls to pull off a 3-2 win over Charlotte on Friday night in front of a paid attendance of 10,652 at the Durham Bulls Athletic Park. The win was the seventh in a row for Durham, their best run of the season.

July 3rd 2009—Drew Pomeranz, a left-handed pitcher and rising junior at the University of Mississippi, brings experience and endurance to the mound this summer. Pomeranz, who grew up in a baseball family, has nearly shattered two strike-out records in the past month.

COOL TO CARE AWARDS TO BE HANDED OUT SATURDAY
July 3rd 2009—After this Saturday's game between the USA Baseball Collegiate National Team and their counterparts from Guatemala, and before the traditional Fourth of July fireworks, three awards will be given out. The recipients aren't Bulls team members or USA Baseball players, but people who have had a positive impact on Durham's youth.

BRIGNAC NAMED TO INTERNATIONAL LEAGUE ALL-STAR TEAM
July 2nd 2009—The Durham Bulls today announced infielder Reid Brignac was elected to the 2009 International League All-Star team. Brignac, Durham's only representative, is making his second consecutive appearance at the midsummer classic after earning a spot in 2008.
