Season Ticket Holder Gate – All season ticket holders are permitted and encouraged to use the Bulls Private Season Ticket Holder Gate for easy access in and out of the ballpark. Entry at this gate also makes you eligible for season ticket holder drawings.

Buying on Hold Tickets – After the Box Office has placed your single or season tickets on hold, you have the option of completing the sale transaction using TicketReturn.

No Wasted Tickets – Scheduling problems are a thing of the past. Season Ticket Holders have the opportunity to exchange any unused ticket for a seat of equal or lesser value for any Sunday-Thursday home games. Unused tickets can also be exchanged for Friday and Saturday games in Diamond View or Lawn seats. If you miss a game, you'll have 53 opportunities to make it up.
